Job summary

Kinisla Store Manager position for Scariff site in Co. Clare leads the Farm & Home Store within our retail division. You will oversee daily customer service, stock, cash handling and merchandising, and drive sales growth.

The role requires retail leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to health and safety and store operations. We offer a supportive team, competitive benefits and opportunities to grow professionally.

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Scariff site in Co. Clare - this role is responsible for our Farm & Home Store, part of the retail division of Kinisla Agribusiness.

Day to day, you will be supporting customers in the office, taking orders over the phone and via email, as well as operational management of the branch including sales, inventory management, merchandising, health and safety and maintaining retail excellence standards and procedures.

This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar retail environment and excellent customer management and commercial skills.

The store is open Monday-Saturday.

What will I be doing?

• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Debt collection
• Stock Control and merchandising of products
• Handling of Cash/Payments
• Delivery of Sales Growth within the store
• Housekeeping with Store and Yard
• Develop new ideas to grow the business.
• Managing of deliveries inwards & outwards.
