Job summary

Kinisla Scariff store is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Farm & Home Store in Co. Clare. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support customers in the office, take orders by phone and email, and drive retail excellence.

You will manage stock, cash handling, merchandising, health and safety, and deliver sales growth while building a strong team.

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be ideal.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to manage stock, cash and orders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills.

About The Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Scariff site in Co. Clare - this role is responsible for our Farm & Home Store, part of the retail division of Kinisla Agribusiness. Day to day, you will be supporting customers in the office, taking orders over the phone and via email, as well as operational management of the branch including sales, inventory management, merchandising, health and safety and maintaining retail excellence standards and procedures. This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar retail environment and excellent customer management and commercial skills. The store is open Monday-Saturday.

• Stock Control and merchandising of products
• Handling of Cash/Payments
• Delivery of Sales Growth within the store
• Housekeeping with Store and Yard
• Develop new ideas to grow the business
• Managing of deliveries inwards & outwards
