Job summary

Kinisla is hiring a Seasonal General Operator to join the Newmarket site in Co. Cork. The role involves on-site training with responsibilities spanning production targets, stock control and quality checks.

You will operate forklifts, handle loading and unloading, and ensure safe working practices across shifts. The ideal candidate will have basic manufacturing knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the plant processes and products.
• Operate a clean as you go policy.
• Willing to learn good manufacturing practices.
• Be organized, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.
• Demonstrate teamwork and willing to be a part of a team.
• A third level qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• A Leaving Certificate qualification is required.
