Job summary

schuh in Blanchardstown is seeking a Store Manager for a 37.5‑hour week across 5 out of 7 days. You will coach and develop the team, lead by example, and drive an exceptional shopping experience while promoting the schuh brand values.

Trusted to recruit, train and motivate staff, you will set goals, monitor KPIs and maximise store profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our store in Blanchardstown.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

• Previous management experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
