Job summary

schuh is seeking a Management Trainee for our Dublin, Swords store. This 37.5-hour role across 5 days offers comprehensive retail and people management training to develop you into a future Deputy Manager.

You will learn coaching, team development, recruitment support, and commercial decision making within brand guidelines, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting schuh values.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Dublin, Swords.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick‑start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!

About the person -

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
