Job summary

schuh in Dundrum is seeking a Stockroom Assistant for a full-time role, with weekday and weekend availability from 9am to 9pm.

You will handle deliveries, stock control, click-and-collect, and customer service while meeting KPIs; full training will be provided. Benefits include product discounts, holiday entitlement, birthday day off, pension, and access to wellbeing support.

We have an exciting opportunity for Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Dundrum.

Please note - this is a full time position requiring availability both weekdays and weekends during the hours of 9am-9pm.

In Dublin we have a flat rate of €14.51 per hour, regardless of age.

About what you'll be doing

• Processing new deliveries and ensuring our exciting new product is available for customers
• Maintaining the highest standards possible in the stockroom
• Dispatching customer orders from store and managing in store click and collect items
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
