schuh is seeking a Store Manager for our Blanchardstown store. This role is a 37.5 hour position across 5 days per week, focusing on coaching a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional high-street shopping experience.

You will recruit, train and motivate staff, set goals, drive KPIs and manage store profitability while upholding schuh values. The role offers progression opportunities and the chance to shape displays within guidelines.
