Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will support daily operations, drive KPI performance, and foster a high-performing environment on the shop floor.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts. A driving licence and a leaving certificate are required, with progression opportunities through Lidl's Leadership Academy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, previous experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
• Target-driven approach to KPIs.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
