Tesco Ireland is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will coach and lead the team to deliver great service, drive availability and create a positive store impression.

You will take full accountability in the Store Manager's absence and act as the main point of contact for colleagues. Applicants should have previous retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to deliver store targets and customer satisfaction

• Taking full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present.
• Being the go-to person for colleagues for day to day queries.
• Leading communication in the store and fostering two way communication.
• Understanding store goals and leading the team to meet targets.
• Coaching and managing colleagues to deliver priorities and customer needs.
• Reviewing reports to drive improvements for customers and staff.
• Leading replenishment to improve availability, merchandising and shelf standards.
• Creating an inspiring and welcoming working environment for customers and colleagues.
