Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a store operations contributor to manage logistics, receive products, and ensure timely availability on the shop floor. You will maintain a tidy stockroom, support Sales Advisors, and help drive the store’s success with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The role suits someone with retail, logistics or hospitality experience who is excited to work with a luxury brand and can adapt to opening hours.

Qualifications

• You are naturally organised with a problem-solving mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
• You are a positive team player who takes ownership, handles digital devices well, and creates clean, efficient spaces.
• You have relevant experience in retail, logistics or hospitality and are happy to work with a luxury brand like Rituals.

Responsibilities

• Handle all the logistics: receive products, check inventory, and move stock to the shop floor on time.
• Keep stockroom neat and organised with clearly defined spots for items.
• Work with the shop floor team to ensure shelves are full and displays look perfect throughout the day.
• Be flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends to help the store succeed.
