Job summary

schuh in Dundrum is hiring a Stockroom Assistant (30 hours per week). You’ll process deliveries, keep the stockroom well-organised, and help with in-store click-and-collect orders while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

You’ll work with flexible hours and receive a range of benefits; prior experience is welcome but training is provided. Salary is €14.51 per hour for Dublin stores.

• Deliver helpful, in-depth product knowledge to customers.
• Operate the point of sale system and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a 30 hour Stockroom Assistantto join our store in Dundrum.

Hourly rate is set as €14.51 for our Dublin stores.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Processing new deliveries and ensuring our exciting new product is available for customers
• Maintaining the highest standards possible in the stockroom
• Dispatching customer orders from store and managing in store click and collect items
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Full training will be given for the role however previous experience would be preferable.
