schuh in Dublin, Swords is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our store team, coach junior managers and sales colleagues, and drive exceptional customer service on the high street. You’ll recruit and train new talent, set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational excellence while creating engaging store displays and upholding our brand values.

This role requires ambition, resilience, and a track record of leadership in retail, with a passion for footwear and delivering a standout shopping

We have an exciting opportunity for Deputy Manager to join our store in Dublin, Swords.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Previous management experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
