Job summary

schuh is recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our store in the Dublin area. The role is a 37.5 hour week across 5 out of 7 days, with a focus on leading and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the high street.

You will coach junior managers and sales colleagues, recruit and train new talent, set goals, drive KPIs and oversee store operations. A hands-on leader who embodies schuh values will thrive here, with strong progression opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for Deputy Manager to join our store in the Dublin Area.
