Schuh in Dublin Dundrum is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, share in-depth product knowledge and drive personal targets. The role is a 30-hour per week contract across 5/7 days, with payment at a flat €14.51 per hour.

Full training is provided; previous experience is not essential. You will help with payments, orders, stock, and merchandising while upholding high store standards and assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.

Competenze

• Retail experience preferred.
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain features to customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Dublin, Dundrum.

Candidates must be available to carry out a 30 hour contract per week 5/7 days.

In Dublin we have a flat rate of €14.51 per hour, regardless of age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
