You will be flexible to work weekends and weekdays and will receive comprehensive training to excel in a target-driven environment.

Key duties include greeting customers, processing payments and orders, stock management, and maintaining showroom standards.

• Customer service experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service, greeting and approaching customers, and providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.
