Job summary

ESB invites applications for a Station Supervisor to oversee delivery of work within the National Programme Delivery. You will lead contractor activities, ensure safety, drive schedules and manage costs while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires knowledge of HV network operations, project planning, and strong stakeholder engagement. Flexible within the Northeast region with hybrid working and regular onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate or Level 7+ electrical qualification.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience in electrical/station environments.
• Knowledge of Network Assets and Standards (HV/LV, lines and protection).
• Understanding of ESB Group policies and safety rules.
• Full clean EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor personnel complete work safely, on time and to required standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff, contractors and the public.
• Carry out safety and quality audits and provide feedback on performance.
• Organise, plan and prioritise delivery of work programmes.
• Schedule work, track performance and manage costs to prevent overspend.
