Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer to join the InfoSec - Security Architecture team in Ireland. You will own end-to-end ingestion pipelines for security telemetry into Elasticsearch, ensure cluster health, and implement CI/CD for security data workflows.

You will work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AI-enabled tooling to automate toil, monitor data quality, and optimize costs while enabling secure cloud native telemetry across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Elastic/Elasticsearch in production.
• Experience with ECK or Elasticsearch on Kubernetes.
• API integration experience with REST APIs and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Ingest security telemetry into Elasticsearch from cloud provider logs, identity data, and endpoints.
• Maintain healthy Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, upgrade versions, manage capacity and ILM.
• Use Terraform to manage cloud infra and Elasticsearch resources; deploy ingest jobs with Kubernetes/Helm.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to reduce toil and improve incident response.
• Monitor data quality, validate schemas, and optimize costs of data pipelines.
