Job summary

Pantheon, the WebOps platform for websites, is looking for a Staff Security Engineer, SecOps, to define and lead detection, response, and resilience at scale. This role blends architecture, program leadership, and hands-on engineering, and will own the SecOps maturity roadmap while collaborating across Engineering, Infrastructure, GRC, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• SecOps Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for security operations.
• Architecture & Platform Ownership: Lead SecOps toolchain architecture and integrate platforms.
• Threat Detection at Scale: Build high-fidelity detections mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Incident Response Leadership: Own incident response program end-to-end with runbooks and post-incident reviews.
• Threat Intelligence Programme: Build structured threat intelligence to inform priorities.
