Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the OpenTelemetry Experience to own the end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and delivering actionable telemetry into Grafana Cloud. You will collaborate with remote, globally distributed teams to ensure a high-quality, scalable OpenTelemetry solution.

You will define the vision and roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and GTM teams, and translate customer data into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools or observability.
• Experience leading strategy across multiple engineering teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including OTLP, SDK instrumentation, and collectors.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and cross‑product roadmap for Grafana Cloud OpenTelemetry experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and GTM teams to deliver a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience.
• Communicate needs and health telemetry to customers and internal stakeholders remotely.
