Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer within the Backend Fabrication Engineering group in Limerick.

You will drive continuous improvement for existing volume manufacturing processes, work with equipment and manufacturing teams, and develop new wafer-level capabilities with development groups. The role requires a degree in Applied Physics/Electronics/Materials/Chemistry, 3+ years hands-on processing engineering, and strong analytical and communication skills to troubleshoot yield

Qualifications

• Degree in Applied Physics /Electronics/Material’s/Chemistry or relevant discipline
• 3+ years’ hands-on processing engineering experience
• Excellent technical problem solving & multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement for existing volume manufacturing processes, layers & tools
• Collaborate with equipment and manufacturing groups
• Conduct root cause analysis of yield issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop new wafer level capabilities with development groups
• Establish standards for equipment/process work amongst shifts and engineering teams
• Review key metrics for safety, quality, output and value for money on equipment and processes
