Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Applied Physics / Electronics / Materials / Chemistry or relevant discipline.
• 3+ years’ hands-on processing engineering experience.
• Experience with etch, lithography, deposition, epitaxial growth or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement for existing volume manufacturing processes, layers & tools.
• Work with equipment and manufacturing groups to achieve process goals.
• Lead root cause analysis of yield issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop new wafer level capabilities with development teams.
• Establish standards for equipment and process methods across shifts.
• Review safety, quality, output and value metrics and drive initiatives.
• Develop expertise on technology and equipment platform changes.
• Oversee capital acquisition including definition, tool selection, installation and qualification.
