Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to lead feature development and productionize models across service, sales, and ecommerce workflows. You will mentor engineers and raise standards for performance, reliability, and scalability while partnering with Product, Design, and other teams.

You will apply advanced ML methods, drive rigorous experimentation, and help shape the ML product roadmap in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of applied ML experience.
• Previous senior/staff experience in data science or software.
• Proven impact on product and team outcomes.
• Strong programming skills across languages and tools.
• Experience as technical leader for a team.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems.
• Advanced ML degree (MSc) or higher.
