Job summary

Lette is building an AI-native, agentic back office for rental properties. We are shipping daily and seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer to lead frontend architecture, standards, and implement scalable, high-quality React/TypeScript experiences across the platform.

You will own frontend direction, collaborate with product/design, ship reusable components, and mentor peers in a fast-moving startup. You’ll work remotely, with equity at founding, and contribute to AI-powered features across leasing,

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship high-quality frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, taking ownership from design to production.
• Collaborate with product and design to turn complex workflows into intuitive, polished user experiences.
• Build and evolve reusable components, design-system foundations and shared frontend tooling.
• Build AI-powered features across leasing, rent reconciliation, maintenance, compliance and finance.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to shape API contracts and frontend data-fetching/state-management patterns.
• Drive frontend quality across performance, accessibility, testing and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through technical design, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
