Qualifications

• 8+ years in fast-paced engineering environments, ideally at a startup or scale-up.
• Exposure to infrastructure and backend (we use Prisma + PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS Fargate via CDK).
• Product-mindedness: you care about what you build and why it matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with founders to design, build, and scale the core platform.
• Help deliver intelligent operations across leasing, rent reconciliation, maintenance, compliance, and finance.
• Integrate with core systems and industry APIs.
