Johnson & Johnson in Limerick, Ireland is hiring a Staff Engineer - Molding to lead injection molding engineering for contact lens tooling and manufacturing systems.

You will drive reliability, process optimization, NPI, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality compliance across interfaces with Manufacturing, R&D, Optical Tooling, Process Engineering, Automation, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in mechanical engineering with injection molding and tooling.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing/R&D.

Responsibilities

Mold Tooling Development and Vendor Management.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
