Job summary

LearnUpon is seeking a Staff Engineer, DevOps in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will shape the DevOps architecture for our LMS, drive technical strategy, and elevate the skills of our engineering teams.

Qualifications

Proven cloud infra expertise with focus on AWS/GCP/Azure equivalents.
Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Helm as core orchestration layer.
Deep knowledge of IaC using Terraform or Ansible for modular reusable patterns.
Extensive history designing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and internal tooling.
Experience leading large-scale initiatives across multiple squads/services.
Mentoring and elevating senior technical talent across teams.
Familiarity using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
