Job summary

AMCS Group in Ireland is seeking a highly skilled DevOps/SRE Tech Lead to guide our engineering team. You will mentor DevOps engineers and participate in architectural and decision-making forums, focusing on reliability, scalability, and customer experience.

You will work across Azure, AWS, and GCP, drive observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, and shape incident response, RCAs, and automated toil reduction for a world-class platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Lead incident response and on-call practices.
• Improve observability stack and tooling.
• Drive RCAs and postmortems for durable improvements.
• Ensure high availability and performance.
• Apply AI/LLM for operations tasks.
• Reduce toil with automation.
• Provide architectural oversight.
