Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a highly skilled DevOps/SRE Tech Lead to guide our cloud-native engineering efforts. You will mentor DevOps engineers, shape architecture, drive reliable platforms, and collaborate across product and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure systems and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or related roles with leadership experience.
• Deep cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP) and architectural oversight.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Build and own SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs reflecting customer experience.
• Lead incident response and drive faster MTTR through tooling and runbooks.
• Improve monitoring/observability stack with a customer-centric lens.
• Facilitate RCAs and postmortems to close feedback loops.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficient scaling.
• Apply AI/LLM capabilities to operations for triage and anomaly detection.
• Oversee architecture decisions aligning with goals and best practices.
