Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a highly skilled DevOps/SRE Tech Lead to guide the engineering team in building reliable, scalable systems. The role focuses on cloud technologies, architecture, and driving operational excellence across incident response, observability, and performance optimization.

You will mentor DevOps engineers, participate in architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead incident response and postmortems to drive durable improvements.
• Evolve observability stack to improve reliability and customer experience.
• Architect and oversee scalable, secure, cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure.
