Job summary

AMCS Group seeks a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineering Technical Lead to drive reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud platforms. The role requires mentoring DevOps engineers, shaping architectural decisions, and leading initiatives to improve monitoring, incident response, and customer experience.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and cloud skills with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with leadership or mentoring.
• Deep understanding of cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs reflecting customer experience.
• Lead through complex incidents and improve MTTR/MTTD.
• Evolve monitoring stack with Prometheus, Grafana, etc., focusing on customer impact.
• Drive RCAs and postmortems to apply durable improvements.
• Provide architectural oversight for reliability and scalability.
• Optimize costs and automate toil reduction in cloud environments.
