You will lead Kubernetes-based platform evolution for scalable test infrastructure, release automation, and self-service tooling, partnering with engineering teams on architecture standards and automation-first reliability practices.

Qualifications

Strong Kubernetes expertise and platform engineering experience.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated testing.
Solid programming skills in Python/Go/Java and scripting.
Deep understanding of observability, SRE practices, and reliability engineering.
Experience building enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead evolution of Kubernetes-based platform for scalable test infra and release automation.
Design and implement automated validation, deployment verification, and reliability checks.
Partner with engineering teams on standards, reviews, and automation-first practices.
Develop reusable test frameworks, self-service environments, and test data tooling.
Drive shift-left validation, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation.
Collaborate across DevOps, platform engineering, and release teams.
