Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a global team responsible for reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise platforms. You will drive automation, cloud modernization, and production readiness across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will shape the SRE strategy, establish SLIs/SLOs, and guide incident response while collaborating with Product, Platform, Release, Security and Infra teams to reduce toil and enable rapid, safe releases.

Qualifications

5+ years of people-management experience.
Deep knowledge of cloud technologies across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Strong expertise in observability platforms, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management.
Proven ability to lead global SRE/DevOps teams and drive automation.
Experience modernizing legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of SRE leaders, managers and engineers.
Define and drive SRE strategy, operating model, and reliability standards.
Own observability, alerting, and incident response across platforms.
Partner with Engineering, Release, Security and Infra teams to improve production readiness.
