The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Senior Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market/product strategy for our business. This individual will collaborate with key business partners across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations to spearhead key initiatives These include crafting new business models, optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for existing and future offerings, driving improved execution of pricing strategies, and evolving LinkedIn’s global pricing policies.
We're looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys engaging cross-functionally and presenting initiatives to leadership. In this role, you'll lead 2–3 high-impact projects end-to-end—from data-driven analysis and customer research to crafting recommendations and presenting directly to VP-level audiences. You'll need strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and comfort navigating complex decisions that impact our go-to-market strategy and commercial success.
