McKesson Ireland seeks an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage users, roles, ACLs, and CMDB across hybrid environments. You will configure forms, workflows, and the service catalog, and develop scripts for automation.

The role involves upgrades, release validation, and ensuring data quality while collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of related experience, strong scripting skills in GlideRecord, and a background in regulated enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, platform engineering, or enterprise application administration.
• Experience administering CMDB and improving configuration data quality.
• Strong scripting experience in ServiceNow, including GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

What You’ll Do

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, platform engineering, or enterprise application administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow core administration, including users, roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow forms, lists, workflows, and service catalog items.
• Strong scripting experience in ServiceNow, including GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, patching, test planning, and release validation.
• Experience administering CMDB and improving configuration data quality.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, service mapping, asset management, or related ServiceNow modules.
• Experience partnering with security, architecture, and operations teams on access, governance, and platform standards.
• Demonstrated learning agility, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving in platform operations.

Travel / In-Office / Physical Requirements

• Work model (hybrid, or onsite) based on team and business needs.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
