Spare Parts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised and experienced Spare Parts Manager to join our team at PÖTTINGER Ireland. As the Spare Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of spare parts to support our operations. Place of work: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Working hours: Full‑time, Start: Immediately.

I tuoi compiti:

• Reporting directly to the General Manager of our Irish subsidiary, you are responsible for the growth and development of PÖTTINGER’s spare parts business across the Irish market.
• Act as the first point of contact for our dealer network’s spare parts department, offering support and assistance during the ordering process.
• Implement growth targets and plans across the dealer network through regular meetings, monitor inventory accuracy, and address discrepancies.
• Identify and determine necessary spare parts stock to ensure top‑level customer requirements and satisfaction, working closely with sales, service colleagues and the dealer network.
• Plan and carry out annual marketing activities with the global marketing team, ensuring PÖTTINGER Original spare parts remain top of mind for customers.
• Document agreements and business activities using CRM software.
• Daily management of the warehouse in Clonmel.

• Strong commercial and technical background with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, ambitious and driven for success.
• Strong understanding of agriculture, customer‑focused, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills across all levels, confident manner, and proactive in contributing ideas and suggestions to the team.
• Strong team player.
• Strong IT skills.
• Possession of a category B driving licence and a current forklift licence.
