Responsibilities

• Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the demand of the customer or in-house service department.
• Ensure supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct.
• Ensure that the appearance of the parts department contributes to the reputation of Nunan Farm Machinery at all times.
• Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely manner – follow through to sale.
• All administration paperwork should be clear and filed according to parts procedures.
• Book in parts where necessary.
• The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role or someone who would be enthusiastic and have the right attitude would grow into the role.

Due to growth in the business, we are recruiting an stores/parts operator to join our experienced stores/parts team.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our growing stores/parts department. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working with the public on a day to day basis.

Role
