Job summary

Gebr. Pöttinger GmbH is seeking a Spare Parts Manager located in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will manage the growth and development of the spare parts business across Ireland, serving as the primary contact for dealer support and ensuring inventory accuracy.

With over 5 years of agricultural industry experience, you're expected to drive customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales and service teams. This full-time position offers competitive salary and various opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of agriculture.
• Category B driving licence and current forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth and development of the spare parts business.
• Support dealer network in the ordering process.
• Implement growth targets and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Identify necessary spare parts stock to meet customer satisfaction.
• Plan and carry out annual marketing activities.
• Daily management of the warehouse in Clonmel.

Spare Parts Manager

Place of work: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Working hours: Full-time, Start: Immediately

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the General Manager of our Irish subsidiary you are responsible for the growth and development of PÖTTINGER spare parts business across the Irish market place.
• As the first point of contact for our dealer network spare parts department you will offer support and assistance when required in the ordering process.
• Through regular meetings you will implement growth targets and plans across the dealer network, monitoring inventory accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
• Working closely as a team with our sales and service colleagues and dealer network you will identify and determine necessary spare parts stock to ensure top level customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Along with our global marketing team you will plan and carry out annual marketing activities to ensure PÖTTINGER Original spare parts are at the forefront of customers' minds.
• Using CRM software you will document agreements and business activities.
• Daily management of the warehouse in Clonmel.

Profile

• You have a strong commercial and technical background with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry.
• You possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills and are ambitious and driven for success.
• You have a strong understanding and knowledge of agriculture, are customer focused and strive for customer satisfaction.
• You have strong communication skills across all levels, with a confident manner you actively contribute your ideas and suggestions to the team.
• You are a strong team player.
• You have strong IT skills.
• You hold a category B driving licence and current forklift licence.
