Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or operational support position, ideally within the insurance industry.
• APA/CIP qualified or studying towards and insurance qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel. Experience with insurance related or CRM software is a plus.
• Data-oriented person with high levels of attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Business and account management processing
• Preparing, maintaining and updating monthly risk, premium and claims records
• Issuing monthly account statements with accuracy and regularity
• Preparing aged debt reports monthly and actioning any outstanding balances
• Participating in business team meetings providing account and administration support to the Dublin and European offices
• Participating in ad-hoc business projects as they arise
• Delivering high standards of service and contract administration when policy placing is complete, including producing the policy documentation, invoices and accounting documentation and ensuring that all are compliant with regulatory requirements.
