Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst fluent in Spanish for a 6-month temporary role based in Cork. You will act as a subject matter expert in invoice processing, resolutions, and vendor communications while ensuring adherence to internal controls and SOx guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in AP or finance operations, experience with SAP/Ariba, and strong data management with attention to detail. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices to ensure timely payment while adhering to standards.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and AP adjustments.
• Support P2P associates with complex queries and provide subject matter guidance.
