Job summary

Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort in Ireland is seeking qualified Spa Therapists for full- and part-time roles. The role involves delivering a full spa menu, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and professional presentation.

Flexibility in shifts is required to meet business needs. Ideal candidates hold ITEC or CIDESCO, with at least 1 year post-qualification experience in facials and massages, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations and provide bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments.
• Maintain spa standards at all times.
• Retail and treatment commission based on targets.

We are currently seeking both Full & Part-Time Spa Therapists to join the team at Farnham Estate.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a 4* or 5* property. You must be passionate about people, about maintaining and driving standards and providing superb guest service. The Health Spa at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort promises restful therapies, soothing treatments and invigorating beauty rituals.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Working schedule is Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.

• To carry out all treatments and services on the spa menu.

• Ensuring the guest receives a memorable spa experience.

• To carryout in depth consultations with the guests and give bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments and products

• Maintaining Spa standards at all times.

• Retail and Treatment commission based on targets being achieved.
