Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort invites an experienced Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast team, delivering warm, attentive service and a memorable start to every guest's day at this luxury resort near Cavan.

This leadership role collaborates with the kitchen and hotel operations to maintain high standards, train staff, and continually improve the guest experience in a world-class setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the breakfast team, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
• Oversee daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth, efficient and attentive guest service.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, creating a warm and memorable guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring food is delivered efficiently and presented to a high standard.
• Supervise breakfast setup and presentation, including buffet displays, replenishment and cleanliness.
• Handle guest requests and feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members, encouraging high standards and continuous improvement.
