Job summary

Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort in Ireland is seeking Full & Part-Time Spa Therapists to join our team. The role requires an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification and at least 1 year post-qualification experience in facials and massages, with a focus on delivering superb guest service.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, carry out all spa treatments, and promote bespoke recommendations while upholding high spa standards and professional image.

• Must be guest-focused, friendly with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all treatments and services on the spa menu.
• Ensuring the guest receives a memorable spa experience.
• Conducting in-depth consultations with guests and giving bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments.
• Maintaining Spa standards at all times.
• Retail and treatment commission based on targets achieved.

We are currently seeking both Full & Part-Time Spa Therapists to join the team at Farnham Estate.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a 4* or 5* property. You must be passionate about people, about maintaining and driving standards and providing superb guest service. The Health Spa at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort promises restful therapies, soothing treatments and invigorating beauty rituals.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Working schedule is Monday – Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.
• To carry out all treatments and services on the spa menu.
• Ensuring the guest receives a memorable spa experience.
• To carryout in depth consultations with the guests and give bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments and products
• Maintaining Spa standards at all times.
• Retail and Treatment commission based on targets being achieved.
