Job summary

Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort is recruiting Spa Therapists for full- and part-time roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in a 4* or 5* property and a passion for guest service.

You will carry out all treatments from the spa menu, conduct in-depth consultations, and help maintain exceptional spa standards while upselling where appropriate. Join an award-winning Windward team at Farnham Estate and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Qualified with an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in facials and massages.
• Must be guest-focused, friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Must present a professional image and be well organised.
• Fluency of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all treatments and services on the spa menu.
• Ensure the guest receives a memorable spa experience.
• Carry out in-depth consultations with guests and give bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments and products.
• Maintain Spa standards at all times.
• Retail and Treatment commission based on targets being achieved.
