As a Spa & Retail Trainer, you’ll bring our award-winning treatments and products to life through inspiring education and hands‑on coaching. Working alongside Retail and Spa teams across your region, you’ll build their confidence, expertise and commercial capability—helping them deliver unforgettable experiences and achieve sustainable growth.

To develop confident, knowledgeable and commercially focused Retail and Spa teams through three key education pillars:
Through engaging learning and real‑time field coaching, you’ll ensure teams consistently deliver outstanding treatments, expert recommendations and premium customer experiences. You’ll work closely with Area Managers, Spa Business Partners and location leaders to identify development needs and ensure education supports local priorities and commercial performance.
Regular UK travel and occasional overnight stays are required. Some evening and weekend work may be needed for events, with appropriate notice and time off in lieu. Opportunities may also arise to support international conferences, distributor education and global launches.
