Job summary

ELEMIS in Ireland is seeking a Spa & Retail Trainer to educate and coach Retail and Spa teams across your region, delivering face-to-face and digital training on products, treatments and services. You will partner with area managers and location leaders to raise confidence, expertise and commercial performance, travel regularly within the UK and Ireland, with some events and launches.

Qualifications

• Beauty therapy qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Spa, Beauty or luxury customer-facing environments.
• Experience delivering training, education or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual and streamed education across ELEMIS products, treatments and services.
• Coach therapists and Retail teams to deliver treatments safely, confidently and consistently.
• Develop expertise in ingredients, product benefits, personalised routines and compelling brand storytelling.
• Strengthen consultation, recommendation and selling skills to improve conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
• Use performance data and field observations to identify coaching priorities and create targeted development plans.
• Provide practical, real-time coaching within stores, spas, partner locations and events.
• Support onboarding, product and treatment launches, seasonal campaigns and peak trading activity.
• Equip managers to continue developing their teams between Trainer visits.
