• Deep clean the sauna and steam room.
• Conduct regular pool water tests and report issues.
• Ensure supply of spa towels, robes, and slippers.

This role requires early starts and late finishes so own transport required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Previous Experience in a similar position
• Excellent Presentation

• Ability to work on own initiative

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the spa including changing rooms, pool area, treatment rooms and relaxation waiting room.
• Conduct regular checks of the spa including entrance, pool area, rest rooms, changing areas including lockers and Thermal Suite Facility to ensure they are tidy, facilities are in good working order, free of rubbish & obstacles, well stocked and clean.
• Deep clean of Sauna, Steamroom and pool deck area (requires use of power washer)
• Conduct regular pool water tests and report any issues to the Spa Manager and maintenance department
• Ensure there is a ready supply of spa towels, robes and slippers (stock must be collected from laundry each day)
• Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues
