Karco Ltd, trading as Dosa Dosa, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for our busy South Indian restaurant at 562 South Circular Road, Rialto, Dublin 8. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality food consistently.

We offer an innovative menu featuring contemporary South Indian cuisine. Hours are 39 per week with a salary of €36,500 per annum.
