Job summary

Masala Restaurants Ltd trading as Masala at Unit 14 Killiney Shopping Centre, Killiney, Co. Dublin is seeking a Sous Chef (Indian Cuisine).

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in reputed Indian restaurants, with a 2-year contract and a salary of 36k per annum for 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will oversee preparation, cooking and presentation of Indian dishes, and train subordinates while maintaining high standards of professionalism and kitchen organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian restaurants.
• 5+ years experience in reputed Indian restaurants.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities
