Job summary

Company Details Confidential in Ireland is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to join a busy kitchen team. You will report to the Head Chef and take responsibility for all aspects of food preparation and cooking.

The role requires coordinating a busy service, strict stock rotation, and maintenance of high hygiene standards with HACCP awareness. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred and the position offers a hands-on food service environment in a hospitality setting.
