The role is a permanent full-time Supply Chain Lead based in Shannon, Ireland, within an established organisation experiencing growth. You will lead the sourcing team, develop and project manage programs to meet customer commitments, and ensure targets are achieved to align with internal requirements.

• Hold a third level degree in a relevant area.
• Five years of experience in a sourcing role.
• Ability to manage multiple complex situations daily.
• Adept negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sourcing team and ensure set goals area achieved for the team
• Develop, plan and project manage programs to ensure customer commitments are met
• Ensure sourcing targets are achieved to meet internal requirements
• Manage purchasing and contract administration to meet sourcing requirementsEvaluate supplier capabilities and identify appropriate items for purchase
